Park Pass

I went to REI and got an Annual National parks pass for $80. Not all REI's carry these so call ahead if that is your plan.

Please take me off the list of folks needing a day pass. Hope that helps!

I think that makes me (#202) and MC3-D3.

Also... asked Ersin awhile back to put me in site #27 with Rich and Rob (if they'll have me).
Guessing he was a bit excited about riding in the jungle and forgot.

I did not see my name on the camp site list. I only need a spot for a tent, a bike and ready access to the festivities

Joel,

If I can move to a spot away from party central that would be good. Are the sites above 65 available?

Thanks,

SP

PARTY CENTRAL IS #46, 47, 54 and 55

if you're already in there, you are welcome to stay or move to another spot.

lunch

On the rides that require us to bring lunch. Can I get supplies at the gas station or will PSR be open to grab something to take on the route?

How does one actually sign up for the group rides? I went to the http://ridelist.robgapps.com, registered, clicked on a ride and can see who is attending the ride but no way to actually get on the list. What am I missing?

The site seems to not be working correctly. I noticed the same thing this past weekend using chrome and explorer.

Both the gas station and restaurant will be open. FYI, the restaurant has a breakfast buffet with all the fixings for $10.

Might be best to bring something that you can eat on the trail.
Have a look at PSR's menu. Mostly burgers and pizza. I think the store has chips and candy but can be a little light on supplies. Certain destinations will pass thru areas with a restaurant like Stovepipe, Furnace Creek and Beatty. The rest of the park there are no services. You may also consider having something extra in case of an emergency. If you have to hunker down and wait or get delayed, a Power Bar or something like it will make it a little better. Oh, and bring water.

Those on my rides, check the ride sign up page for GPS tracks. There is a section (you must be logged in) called "Files" at the top.

One idea for those looking to bring lunch on the trails...if you are lazy like me and want some good quality food, stop by Trader Joes on your way out of town and buy some of their pre-made wraps. Toss em in your cooler (double bagged to keep them dry from the cooler water) with a block of ice (better then cubes), and now you have some good lunch for your day rides where you have to pack your own food.

You have to join the event first. Register, join event, join rides.

This past weekend I took a look at the ride sign up list. Using chrome and IE I was still unable to quit a ride. Something on the site's end isn't working properly. This is turning into insanity, I give up.

Not sure who's handling camping spots... I don't see my name on the campsite list. I'd like to make a request, please, not to be camped next to partyville!

:)

Thanks!
