Yea that could work. I have to key the locks. 3 locks per box. The locks hold the boxes on. That takes a while. How bout I haul the WR down in my little truck. We can all go for a dirt ride and I'll just haul the boxes home in the truck. Have to be on a sunday now that deer season is in. By the way does he have beer in that garage

Dirt to street

Anybody on here make a dirt bike street legal in the last few years in Pennsylvania? I'm thinking about getting a leftover WR450 and doing the changeover but want to see if anybody had trouble titling it. I asked a Enhanced inspection station and they seem pretty sure it wouldn't be a problem but the Pa DMV info site reads otherwise. Don't want to drop several grand and end up with a dirt bike with turn signals.

I did a 450 MXC in 03 no problem. I think you just have to do the pre inspection at an enhanced station now. Not positive. If you know an autobody shop that buys alot of wrecks and deals with R titles they can be a big help sometimes. I got a modified title for mine not an R.

I stopped at Billy Steels place in Oakdale, I think they build their own stuff so they are pretty knowledgeable. The thing is it seems like pa may have changed the laws in the last few years. Somewhere around 2010 or 11 something may have changed. Think Im going to give it a shot anyhow.

Get on layin down tracks Smokey Mtn 500 ride. Rickcj7 and I have been talking about an end of January or early feb. ride on this route. We talked about trucking the dual sports down ride this 500 mi. loop (probly 4 days of riding). Gonna be cold so stay in cheap motels. What do you guys think?
I'm itching to get out and ride! Hear any more on this outing?

I was down loading the TeTs to my Garmin yesterday and saw it runs along the same route as the Smokey mtn. 500. Well it comes in on the southwest and runs to the northeast. Then continues up to W.V. I'd like to start at the Gulf and ride up to W.V. I know we talked just the Smokey mtn. 500 loop. If the planets could line up I could see riding from the Gulf meeting everyone that wants to just ride the Smokey loop. Just trying to get all I can get out of the time off.

hey y'all, yinz whatever... I'm from all the way up 28 and to the right a little. but will ride anywhere. the ANF is a good time a little on the harder side for big bikes. and really anything above I-80 is honey riding as far as forest service roads go.
