I love watching the kids next door play on top of their dads hotrod while their mom cusses at the tv instead of the constantly barking dog.
I miss all that open space out in Wickenburg, but it's not that far away.

BTW, check out my twins.

I picked it up this week. It's a 2006 with super low miles (4K). I couldn't resist. I'm going to pick a couple things off my 2005 and put that one up for sale soon.

The idea of my 2005 eventually getting old, and having to find a replacement motorcycle of some sort is something I don't want to face. By picking up this other, I've turned the mechanical clock back, and hopefully bought myself a couple extra years of 640 Adv ownership, before I have to decide that the bike is too old and has too many miles on it. Does that make sense?

Hahaha my XT 600 is 23 this year and more than enough bike to kick my butt yeah it may blow oil but I can take the whole thing apart with an open end wrench and a combo screwdriver

I start liking these 640 after I rode 2spot's ride for few minutes. But I am still eyeballing these 530 EXC-R for quit some time now ...

I'm going to have this one gilded and put it in a glass case above my living room couch.

sweet,

lets start a tradition, kneel before the case, acknowledge its greatness and sacrifice a beer for continued prosperity.

just got a call from steelwind. He said he DNF in Tuscon race today, due to engine malfunction. also got a minor ankle sprain due to another "Gung ho" kid that couldn't take a turn fast enough.
I just watched the movie "Rush". I swear its the same in any type of competition there are the "twist the throttle and see what happens" types. and the "work on a better technique to make this better, faster, easier" types. In the movie the former was David Hunt(?). The latter was Niki Lauda. True story about Formula 1 racers. I am much more like and eager to be like Niki Lauda....Unfortunately I am not that good.

My neighbor has a sweet 640 E I think it is with 11,000 miles on it. He is willing to deal. Some one could pick up a sweet bike for no much cashola.
