And based on feed back we've been getting, a few changes.

Looking more like we'll ride this again instead of Pikes Peak. Would hope a stock 690 tank and a bottle or 2 of fuel will be enough between stops.

Aaron,
I'd gladly do this part again with you. If that turns out to be your plans, let me know.

I love the "change it every year" bit and have never been disappointed in this rally. Of course I have been collecting the appropriate parts to get ready since June. I will have plenty of spare bearings this time and fresh water proof grease. There will also be no rum, never again! Just saying!

If you want more water crossings and mud, which I want by the way!!!, then skip the hand drawn ferry and ride across. That should pretty closely match what we got in 2013 :-). Since Fat Ninjas can swim it should be no problem for a few of us. For you Beemers and KTMs, well, there is a ferry!

Oh, and since nobody seems to have asked, Is it June yet?

Alright alright, so the Fat Ninjas took a beating. We will be back and we want water crossings and mud to keep the bikes happy

I was thinking of the need to replace the rear brake pads.

So far, it looks like we have at least 3 confirmed repeat riders from team dualspork.

I just got a Garmin Oregon too so that'll help with the navigation a lot, the old eTrex has made it's last ride.

Changes/lession from last year:
Don't under estimate the ferocity of the mosquitos up North, head net & DEET lotion are ready.
The MT16 front / Terraflex rear combo saved my ass last time, will likely run that again.
More poly fabrics, less cotton. Better rain gear. Gloves and boots were a weak point for me, all set now.

Looking forward to another big ride.

Ha HA! Now I know who was in Lake George on the way home last year! I was wondering where that sticker on the windshield came from. Where did you get all the Spork stickers anyways?
