H'mm?

Well JUST got the pool resurfaced, now working on some concrete and garage doors.

I'd say April................we'll post in here and 'west' regionals

It's been crazy........we've barely had a minute to spare since we got home.

Enjoying the thread. Isn't it nice to know that even though you're back home, your ride lives on?!

James & Colleen,

Congratulations on your incredible journey, it was great checking in on your ride report during the long, cold DC winter!

Just one complaint... I check into your thread to be entertained, not reminded of work

Do you still have those files? Are they something you can share? Resources like that can be very valuable.

No I don't.

I believe they are readily available on the interwebs, or Court at Freedom will fix anyone up.

I lost all my GPS data and eventually bought/downloaded Garmin South America and it was great.

Whoo-Hooo our pool is finished. The new concrete is pebble-tech and we opted for black. It's awesome! Come on over for a swim!!!

Our friend Matt McConnell is here from England. He comes over four times a year and we always go on a TAR (Tucker Adventure Ride) for a few days. We'll ride to Laughlin, Nevada, spend the night and then spend a night in Las Vegas. James will take us on the scenic route!
I will take the camera this time and post a few pictures.

You know, since our fabulous adventure to Tierra del Fuego, all rides since don't seem like much. It's all too easy.

Having said that, I am reminded of a quote I read from Sarah Ella Van Wagenen's e-mail signatures. Sarah died on March 1st. She was amazing!

"Are you then so easily turned from your design? Did you not call this a glorious expedition? And wherefore was it glorious? Not because the way was smooth and placid as a southern sea, but because it was full of dangers and terror; because at every new incident your fortitude was to be called forth and your courage exhibited; because danger and death surrounded it, and these you were to brave and overcome. For this was it a glorious, for this was it an honourable undertaking. - Victor Frankenstein

"What is it that's lost when you cross a border? Each moment seems to be split in two -- Melancholy for what was left behind and on the other hand all the enthusiasm at entering new lands." Che Guevara, Motorcycle Diaries
