Looks like a good place to celebrate Ducatis 2014 MotoGP winning season!

If they're not interested, or if they don't happen to win...... (!?), I reckon I'd be able to scrape a few mates together to go along in their absence. Maybe.

If there's a 2014 MotoGP party I'll host one at Oskar Blues in Brevard, NC.

I hope Ben can return to relative good health. I wouldn't be surprised to see him in Superbikes down the road, GP seems unlikely. Hopper comes to mind..

If my body could do what my mind want's . . . . don't we all wish that?

I'm not a doctor and I don't know the specifics of Ben's injuries but I do know that somethings can't really be made whole again, even with proper rehab. I'm pretty sure Ben will give all he's got to get there.
I really hope he makes it back. Ben is an impressive talent.

Michael Phelps has made an under the radar un-retirement in the last week, now it's Ben's turn.

Sort of interesting that those two came up at the same time, went to the worlds, and then suffered career threatening injuries along the same timeline. Maybe Hopper a little earlier, but only by a season or two.

I hope they both can try again, but it seems to me they should be moving on. They both took it about as far as they could. I don't think there is more for them to prove that is within reach. And they still have a lot of life yet to live.

The bigger they are, the harder they fall...
