Invisible helmet.

I can picture a few people here using this.

I noticed that story yesterday; I think I prefer a helmet on my head to an airbag around my neck comfort-wise, especially in hot weather!

I do wonder about the hit-air vests though.

I forsee someone slapping their buddy's "helmet" really hard at a stop light.

That isn't going to help when the 5# bug smacks your forehead.

And in an actual crash, don't the statistics show that a large portion of the head impacts are to the lower front of the face? Looks like the air-hoodie fails there, just like any other existing bike helmet.

Riding in hot weather is sweaty enough, having an undeployed airbag around my neck would make me stay home.

They are in Sweden. Not an issue.

Simple enough to add some cooling crystals.

I have an airbag jacket and no one has tried that. I would probably tackle them off their bike to "get them back" though. Play with fire you should expect retribution.

Edit: Damn its not approved here. I would use it on the scooter, I ride that at cycling speeds.

For those that didn't notice: BICYCLE helmet. Unless you guys are complaining about hitting bugs and oppressive heat on bicycles.

I was referring to bicycling- that is what the picture showed.

I watched the video and did not see one single wheel on that "helmet", let alone two.
