Consider using NYMSTF as the code.

NY Motorcycle and Scooter Task Force is an organization that promotes and advocates on behalf of us riders in the NYC metro area. Plus 98% of the guys are inmates.

I usually attend each year but cannot this year. Too much end of year stuff at work plus holiday prep at home to allow time.... sucks. I hope they go back to January next year. Guess all depends on attendance and vendor feedback on spending.

Never been to this. I've been to the car shows though.

Is there a large showing of dualsport/enduro related stuff? new bikes, gear, etc.

Or is it more road oriented?

It's usually heavy with Harley riders in mind, but they do have off road stuff, just not a whole lot. Looks like snow for Saturday.

New strom was cool (looks best in black, duh). Kawi had a white/black klr that was almost good looking, the multistrada s has a seat made of wood, there are some neat custom builds there for a contest of some sort, cafés and streetfighter looking stuff mostly, lotta junk Chinese gear, leathers and jerkoffs wanting to clean my glasses with special stuff. RC ( who is my age) is fatter than me...and way richer. Biggest pleasant surprise: the 690 duke was built for me. Light , and ultra comfy for me. I've ridden the motor in another motard, but that's the only bike that I'm really enamored by.
The dinosaur was delish.
I bought a new track bike.
Traffic sucked on the way home.

Thanks again to twisted throttle for the free tix. Glad I went.

Very pleased.

The show was great. Many high end vendors, less choppers and cheap junk than years past.

KTM was there, (best booth hands down), Guzzi, MV Agusta and Indian also. The level of talent was high at the booths and in the crowd.

The customs were displayed in a classy way and there was some crazy land speed Triumph powered rig.

I bought a mini electro stim device to aid in my chronic back issue, a new neck warmer and three patches.

Then the regulars, BMW, Triumph, HD...etc. pics tmrw...

Had lunch at Uncle Jacks too. Marinated Porterhouse and a couple seven Warsteiners.

Fuhgeddaboudit.

Went today (Saturday) and had fun. A lot of people there, but it seemed like the exhibit area was larger than other years. The KTM booth definitely had a lot people checking out the bikes. Liked the new V-Strom 1000, but the exhaust was huge.
