Yes.
I plan on riding my NC700X, most likely with the stock tires on.

Sitting in my office, it's -5℉ outside and I'm wasting productive company time reading ADVrider. Change me from a " maybe " to a " most likely ". Is it spring yet?

Now I'll need to start researching a tent/sleeping bag/ bed roll etc...

Would a V-strom or a XT 225 be better for this ride? What are the distance that would be rode each day?

What's this "level A, level B" stuff all about? Is that a secret moto society? Does it require a special hand shake? Please enlighten me.

A level is just us A hole riders

B level are what Iowa calls their unmaintained roads.

That looks way better than the Iowa farm roads with 6" of loose, washed rock where the moto constantly swerves left and right as one tries to ride straight down the road. Looks like fun!

You're not riding fast enough.

Hey Guys, Why am I just hearing about this now...?
We attended the VBR last August and had a great time. We (my KLR owner Brother) and I have been looking for more " organized" rides to attend. and I do use that term " organized" very loosely.

Count us in, (1) V-Strom and (1) KLR.

And what is the Hiawatha ride? Who has information on that?

Keep warm
Gadget Man.

When we did the trip, a lot of the farm roads appeared to have recently been topped off with a thick layer of new gravel and we experienced that same feeling. There is a whole lot of gravel on this trip, thus the name, so the B roads were a welcome change of pace...we wished we had hit more of them.
