Bring the 950 again, Hells. S1marks says there's a "race to Dug Bar".
We know you'll win, but we'll still be winners, even from 2nd or 3rd place

That dammed hat has had more ladies running their hands thru it than you can eye-mag-in!

RoadRash, keep your hands in your pockets where they belong!

Thanks for making sure I stayed out of trouble as I slowly made my way to where sorebutt was busy napping.

I'm glad you are IN again this year.

We scouted that route before the rain and it was fine. We need to scout a couple of routes for next year.

I hope you guys are enjoying the cold weather and snow. It was pretty cool today in Yuma. It only got into the 50's. It was in the 60's when I got here.
One thing about you......it's always an adventure hanging out with you. Enjoy Yuma.

Apparently it's only me sorebutt leads astray. Just watch out when he says "it's an easy ride really it is".

Al, nice to see you're IN again.

We have a large number of good looking guys in our group pic however available is another story.

OK ladies, Hells has put himself out there as available. Fresh meat.

If you guys are going to race to Dug Bar be sure you have your Medjet membership paid up. One blown corner and it's a long ways down and a longer ways back out injured. Racing Camp Creek sounds more sane although I don't think anyone has accused you guys of that.

Can't lose on that run 'cause you can't win! If weather pic for '014 is better than this year was, might bring both KTMs. The 250 with a temp plate again would be fun, but I'd have to cache gas out there! Better than a race out is just a go-fast back towards beer and shower, that will keep the speed down (yeah right!)

PS: both bikes go on the trailer south tomorrow for winter workouts in baja.

I just got back from Baja a few weeks ago. Too much sand down there but the water is warm and the sunrises are beautiful.

I'm gonna give it a go again this year. Don't have to worry about wife or kids graduating this year.

So my current debate is "which bike"? I think the Ninja 250 would be more fun to get there and back, but the Super Sherpa would be more fun once there?

I'd be camping, and have figured out a small compact setup that has proven itself on the Ninja, and should be fine on the Sherpa.

Experienced folk want to offer recommendations?

All? Now that would be interesting! It will have to get cold, dark and wet before anyone would consider leaving Oregon in the winter.

Like T.E. Lawrence is supposed to have once said "Aquaba (or baja) is over there. It is only a matter of going."

Plenty of appropriate terrain for either one.

Which itch is most in need of being scratched?

There it is ^^^
There is no wrong answer.
Do what your heart tells you.
Or the voices in your head tell you.
Just go.
