I agree, love seeing the kawis up there, and I wish shayna was on one, that triumph just isn't getting it done.

Great weekend in the Sacramento area with the "Night Before the Mile" short track at Lodi tomorrow night and the Mile on Saturday (duh). Going to be hot. Racer and fans need to hydrate.

YeeHaw,Im heading to the Mile this afternoon! Can only hope they have the track in at least as good a shape as last year.

Lodi is always a good show, its a fast blue groove and makes for great racing, racing has been going on a long time there.

Just home. Spectacular racing all night and the Expert Main was one for the books. I don't think I even blinked for the entire 25 laps. Didn't want to miss anything.

Oh Man! We stood at the start/finish line for the main and they came through 4 or 5 wide clipping haybales at about a buck thirty around lap 10 or so..........Epic main event!
Best Ive seen at Sac by a ways! Mees/Johnson/Smith put on one hell of a show the last half of the race. Lots and lots of close racing and passing throughout.

Thanks for posting up the race for us Dogboy.... Awesome racing. Can't wait for Springfield. Only wish that Hank's bike had held together as I want to see him win a mile someday.

I was dis-heartened to see Shayna's bike never run properly, she had to switch bikes in her heat, then the # 2 bike didnt run for beans. Then in the semi her Triumph didnt make it 25' off the line and rolled off the track dead. Mikey Martin's Triumph made a lap in the semi and coasted in dead.
They both deserve way better then that.

Then the BMW blew up right in front of us on the main straight, horrible metal to metal noises and the thing went sideways at full speed towards the fence before the rider saved it and rode off turn 1.

Exciting.
