A couple years after my Dad retired he said "I don't know how I had time to work". It's amazing what ties up your time.

For example, I'm upgrading the electrical on the 5th wheel. Adding a 2 kw inverter, Solar, and golf cart batteries. I worked at least 8 hours a day all last week. It's been a ton of work and now I'm working on free standing mounts for the solar panels. Of course I had to fix some of the electrical issues. I'm surprised the damn thing hasn't burned to the ground!

Everything on the aluminum panel is new. The original system had 2 of the automotive circuit breakers (with #10 studs on them), one @ 50 Amps and one @ 30 Amps, with all the wires coming off the bottom of the fuse blocks on the two #10 studs. Some of those wires are #14 which were fused @ 30 amps... fire anyone?

I know, TMI...

Never ending projects....

If you don't keep busy after you retire it can lead to Alzheimers.

Drinking too much beer after you retire can lead to Alzheimers.

It's a vicious circle....

Good stuff my man, I wish I could find the time for cool projects like this on our little pop up, but with just closing on the house a couple days ago, guess where ALL my extra time will be going? Translated, it will be amazing if I have time to do the maintenance to the KTM alone prior to WARPED!

Cool stuff Gerg... Should run the blender, fog machine and glitter ball for the stripper pole without problem...

Had a similar system in my sailboat (panels, 6v golf cart batteries) along with a wind generator and even a towed generator...

which never worked worth a shit cause great big things would come and bite the shit outta the twirling "lure".....

Fuck you!! You're the retarded, I mean retired one. YOU keep us entertained.

Actually, doing a little WARPED pre-run today. Heading up to the desert to do a little camping and beer chugging, I mean testing, with Shuka, Dragon M, bdarling and two other dudes. I'll post evidence tomorrow! Right now I'm packing all my shit up.
