WHAT'S UP DICKBAGS!!!???

Been waaaaaaaay too long since I checked in...an obscene amount of work and the noob rally has occupied my time recently. Dammit man. A couple of things to catch you guys up on.

1) Did a "shakeout" motocamping trip to some mountain here (san jacinto or san somethingorother) with shooby and jeepbandit (who was invited to this rally but so far can't make it). I am not shitting you when I say I watched jeepbandit get cider on his own without prompting at the liquor store. Angry Orchard. Naturally, shooby caved in and grabbed a few as well. He was into it. Seriously. Prob won't admit to it in public, but there ya have it, cider was a hit that night at the campfire. He did struggle a bit with the hard stuff though... Here's a pic of shooby contemplating his existence or his iPhone, hard to say. Yes, the picture is crooked-forgot the lens was rotated on my drift:

This is just over 8,000 ft which is pretty cool for something I rode to from Solana Beach at sea level earlier that day.
Campsite:

2) The mead is done. I may have discovered my Elysium-thanks to your inspiration, I can now manufacture delicious alcoholic libations in my own home. For way cheaper than retail. And I pick the ingredients. BIGGEST thing: Don't have to go to Bevmo anymore .

I seem to be going through this stuff pretty fast as I'm on my 3rd 22 oz'er currently. Any of my WARPED friends that are interested, I can bring some bottles down to LJ on Saturday for a tasting. I would like your opinion on my first mead foray. I have to be at my business on Saturday am, but after that should be fine to host a mead tasting. Open invite. Why my office vs home? Office is way cooler, killer lobby with great people watching on LJ Blvd in Birdrock, two blocks from the ocean. Post up if interested and I can PM you the address.

3) I'm brewing cider now guys. Takes less time than mead. Can't wait.

Let's do 1 pm this saturday; gives me enough time to finish up work beforehand!

edit: brew tech will not be here unfortunately, otherwise she would be trapped down here all day with me! next time for sure though. maybe for the cider unveiling. also forgot to mention, there is plenty of designated MC parking in the back. when they were restriping the lot recently I asked the guys to throw some motorcycle parking in as a joke and they actually did it (one of the guys rode).
