All right, as we approach this illustrious event, I'll try to get the thread back to being productive and ask what rides are folks planning on what day?

Since I'll have the whole team there, I figured one day if a crew wanted to hit Jawbone, we could run sweep in the Jeep (provided we get some help removing the top and doors to enjoy it) so any noobs or others scared they couldn't make it through would know they have a rescue machine. Either that or I'll just tow Ben's bike through since he doesn't actually ride a motorcycle.

Otherwise, I was kinda hoping to do the singletrack lunacy that I did horribly hung over with Windrat a couple years ago when we came back from Germany. I'm a punk and can't remember the other guys that went on that run, but it was heaven:

I did a lot of this:

a little of this:

and more of this:

but got a lot of this:

while still doing more of this:

What's up guys!!! Sorry haven't had time to catch up on the thread but rode out to Pahrump or where ever the hell we are tonight for the jimmy lewis class prior to the noob rally. Will definitely read through everything though, looked like some cool pictures. After we got here, first stop was the store for booze, naturally. Long ride from solana beach.

A couple of questions:

1) Why does shooby look so sad in the beer section? (I did force cider upon him, maybe that's why)
 photo shoobybeer_zps5779e8c7.jpg

2) Does the fact that shooby proactively grabbed the cart and pushed it around indicate anything?

Well, let's see here... Been married 20 years so... That answers that.

What it doesn't answer is why we arrived in Methump .. Err, Pahrump, rather, 3 HOURS LATE!! (But that may answer The gimmie a fn beer/are you done yet shopping for fru fru drink mix/ grumpy face.

that other FF's in the pic with Windrat is Farrington(left) and DirtyDuane(right).
we did a weekend in the fall called the Freedom Ride where we stayed at MRA.
he was riding on Cannell and dropped his goggles (unknowingly) and i had picked them up and caught up to him and asked him if he was missing anything. laughter ensued. :loll

Having never been riding up there I look forward to more pics and ride videos in the next month. If you got em, post em or link em!

On another note...Stoke continues to dig his hole by taking pics of Shooby's ass.

IS IT APRIL YET!??!?!?!?!

I hope you are bringing that trailer you did the build thread for. I'd love to see it.

Little bike Trail ride Friday, post Thursday night hangover required.
We head up Cannel (the Plunge) early morning start. We make it to Sherman pass and down Sherman pass trail to Trout creek. Trout creek to Shaffer meadow to Cedar canyon to the Rincon up Rincon to the Forks of the Kern. (Dead end) back down upper Rincon to Rincon camp, then down lower Rincon and back to camp in time for dinner. This is about 120 mile loop, 100+ of single Track.
Who's in? Sally?
Not noob friendly.

Based solely on his choice of beverages, I would suggest that you order one for Stoke.
