Crash bar light mounts

Any ideas of common hardware store items you can use that look good. Want to attach to the upper bar. I don't want to bolt on some ugly hunk of metal nor weld on the bars nor drill them. I know I can get a mount specifically made for my lights(PIAA 1100s) but at $50 that's not much of a want to me right now. I'd like something that looks like those mounts but not nearly at that expense. I tried hose clamps(yeah I know) but the left side of the crash bar is angled out too much and that leaves no lateral adjustment. Pics would help. Thanks.
No I didn't do a search. And please don't ask if I did nor scold me for not doing so . Actually I did but didn't find anything I liked.
If I have to I'll do the metal and wrap in heat shrink. Don't like the look of bare metal nor bolts that will eventually rust and look natty. I'm all

Bicycle stuff

Here in Colombia I've seen some guys that have used some bicycle stuff, specially seat and handlebar mountings and that look very nice. Maybe you can see if this option works for you.

I like the ones that came with my AdvMonster led lights. The clamp has changed from what I have, but they look nice: http://stores.homestead.com/hstrial-...unt/Detail.bok

Used this:

Made this:

Wiring nicely tucked away:

I'll report back if its strong enough over time. Seems ok now. Adding a nut to lock the coupler on the bar. A little heat shrink and it almost disappears.
