Kudos to Atomic-Moto

I called and spoke with Brian at Atomic Moto. He was more than helpful related to purchasing new boots. I got them QUICK!!!! But, they were the wrong color.

I sent an email after hours (after 6 p.m.), on Friday. I got a response email about ten minutes later saying it was their fault and they'd have a return label and ship the correct ones at their earliest opportunity. The correct boots were waiting for me Tuesday when I got home. From the initial phone call, to the speed in which I received the order, to the immediate owning up to the mistake and getting the new boots shipped, this was about as good a customer service experience as I could imagine. I even got an email on Monday letting me know when the correct ones shipped. I don't know that I've ever had such great customer service in the power sports related industry.

I would highly recommend Atomic-Moto!

That's great, I've had a similar experience with Revzilla also.

Atomic Moto could give lessons on retail

If you have any questions about their stuff, Brian is very knowledgeable. I went there to buy some boots (not easy to find). After trying different sizes, it seemed my foot was in between sizes so I went with his recommendation, which turned out great.

I've got a serious problem with Atomic Moto. I can't stop giving them my money. Great prices, great service, quick shipping, they keep robbing me blind!

I ordered a set of boots from atomic moto last year. They determined that they had shipped out two boots for the same foot. They sent me a new pair out and intercepted the first pair while in transit. I received the correct pair a day earlier than the original expected delivery date. They kept me informed and took care of it without me having to do anything. The best customer service ever.

I'm glad to hear I'm not the only one getting great service from them.

Me too!! The worst part is, every time I send Brian some of my money, he sends me stuff that's so good and exactly what I was looking for that I have to keep it and go ride in it!!!

Pretty sure I've never had to return anything over the years, but I have bent Brian's ear for many hours discuss the merits of things as stupid as thread types and he always knows the answer and recommends the right gear.

Atomic Moto is the best place on this earth to buy Klim stuff from

From an Australian who dealth with Atomic in the pre xmas rush.

Their service is simply impeccable - Brian is knowlegeable, focussed and likes to provide help. His passion comes through in how he deals with you.

Im never one to shy away from bashing a business for shit service, but Atomic are simply the best. Im normally very critical of 'asleep people' but it coulndt be better with Atomic. He is spot on and wants to help.

Brian even called me (In australia on my cell phone) to advise me about a Klim item I wanted.

If you need Klim gear on this earth, Atom,ic moto is the goto - I hear that Brian might be opening a store on the moon and therefore I would also recommend him to the aliens in case there are any watching us :)

The man is a sizing genius, from boots to pressure suits. No pressure on the phone when calling for info and suggestions. Top notch.

It's my turn to bump this thread to the top.

I started dealing with Atomic Moto last fall, ordering some off road riding gear before taking a Jimmy Lewis class.

Brian's patience is amazing. Off road riding is completely new to me, but he answered my many questions over the phone. I didn't once get the feeling that he was rushing me off the phone.

When it turned out the boots I ordered were out of stock, they quickly worked with me to find a substitution and get it shipped out.

One of the boots had a defect that caused me enough discomfort while walking that I began to limp. Ultimately, they were able to work with the manufacturer to warrantee the boots. (They were even waiting on me this whole time.)

They will definitely get more of my business.

deliberate speed screwed with this post 01-14-2014 at 05:40 PM Reason: Got my boots today, no longer waiting for them.
