safe travels. Best upgrade remains suspension.

Gee gas! And get used to it before thinking you're Super Hero. I remember being quite able on the ADV, and then second day on the SE, making the rear step out at around 80-100km/h on the dirt on a long track, having a lot of fun.

Short story: ended up rolling at around the 100 mark into a lot of young Port Jackson trees. Hurt like hell, and caused R35K damage (back then).

Lekker sous...

From one owner to another be prepared for a face that hurts from a grin you cant measure against anything normal or sensible

Would love another to put in the shed to keep when Maya is trashed...but that is moneyl

We are RTWing on ours at present in Peru, she fullfils everything we need and want although we are not torturing her on single tracks she is a weapon..

Well done I say

Damn straight...

No himm'in and holler'in.

Get to the point, and go right after it.

Way to gitter done.

If I had the Adventure too, I'd hold onto it for a brief second as security. But once you're 100 percent happy, then pitch that Adventure like a lit firecracker. Those SE's are bad mofo's and should be ridden as such!

Nothing wrong with the Adventure... Solid bike that runs like crazy on the open. Biggest regret is that I have to let the RTT damper go with the bike.

SE does wheelie a whole lot easier

Yes enjoying it immensely and Maya is making it easy.

Certainly not hardcore by way of single tracking it etc but we have now done 32000 great km since leaving the USA, much more to come over the next 18 months ish.

She makes back roads and soggy shit enjoyable and fun ... THAT is what it is all about.

Many grins to come on your new steed my friend!!!

Of all the bikes I've owned, the SE is my favorite... I can do everything on it that I could on my XRR, or TE510 (Maybe not with finesse), but overall more fun.

That is what I need to do; also being toying with the idea of buying a SM.
