I had one back in the day

Same color H1 I had back in High School in 1980. It was good for one hard stop then the brakes were hot. I rode that triple across Northern AZ at night in January when it was so still the smoke from the three pipes lay in columns over the freeway and just stayed there. What a hell of a resto you did, that thing looks brand new! Congratulations! It brought back many happy (and unhappy) memories of that old machine. Had to take it apart and scrape the heads and ports many times while I owned it. The center cylinder oil feed line cracked and the piston disintegrated in Austin TX. I overhauled it in Houston and hit a Buick on the SW Freeway, sold it for junk to Union Cycle Salvage. Perhaps some of her parts still live on 25 years later. I really enjoyed reading about your fantastic restoration!
