Billet fork clamps to mount stuff on (like lights)

I had bought a set of LED lights from cyclopsadventuresports.com (Off Road Ryder here on ADV) and needed a way to mount them to my 2007 KTM 950 SM-R and decided to make myself some fork clamps.

I own a CNC machine shop so I get to do things like this in my free time (which I have virtually none of )

These clamps are designed to mount to the fork in the area under the lower triple clamp (60mm diameter)

Some people had expressed interest in a set and things are slow at the shop so I figured I'd make a few and see what happens.

These are billet aluminum with stainless 5/16-18 SHCS. If I ever do another run I'll make the switch to metric fasteners. They clamp a 60mm diameter and are about .800" thick (20.32mm) They will come black anodized.

They are beefy and strong as hell. See pics below of me standing on them. If you needed to winch your bike out of a mud pit you could hook to these brackets if you had to.

Im offering these for $166.00 shipped in a flat rate box anywhere $6.00 will take a flat rate box. If you're overseas I'll gladly work with you but shipping would cost whatever it costs. That price is for the set, 2 caps, 2 brackets, 4 stainless screws (nothing to rust!) and I take paypal.

According to my local KTM dealer these will fit any KTM/Husaberg with the 48mm fork. I know they bolt right on to my 2010 KTM 450 EXC. You confirm though if you're buying for a bike other than an 07 SMR ;)

*****If there is enough interest in other sizes I would make these to fit other bikes.*****

I took the lights off for this one. . .

WOW, that could have ended badly!

I suppose that those mounts will work on the SE too?

Yeah they should fit the SE as well.

Also 450/530 bikes, Husaberg 570 bikes, 950 adv's etc.

And thanks for making such badass lights!

For anyone interested in brackets I neglected to mention that these are not ready to ship. They're still in process. Machining should be done today or tomorrow and I know the anodizer will need a couple days at least.

Just wanted to be clear on that.

Machining is complete and the brackets are at the anodizer now.

I should be able to ship after getting them back next week!

Three sets left...

I really need to get a shot of the brackets with the black anodizing. They look awesome.

I received mine yesterday, machined works of art. I have to agree with 900rider; they truly do look awesome.
