Coming over to Portland for a Visit....

..... Wonder if some of you Portlandites can give me some advice on an affordable place to stay, preferably in Tigard, as I am coming over to hear Mark The Radioman speak at the BMW shindig.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Figured I'd drive over Thursday the 16th.

thanks,

Sam, You are welcome at my house or the RV. Would love to see you. Can't make the talk as I already had a commitment.

Check out the Bridgeport Grand Hotel in Tigard. Close to the BMW dealer, shops and good beer and food. Inexpensive and nice accommodations.

It depends on traffic. I'll give you a call.

OK all, I have an offer to stay at Bskye and they are going over to the presentation. But I have some time and would really enjoy sitting and shooting the Sh... So I could and would like to maybe have a Saturday lunch someplace if any are interested....

THANKS so much for you all offering up a place to crash, what generosity. And all I was looking for was a cheap motel. You Portlandites are awesome... well the ones I know anyway.

If you come up with a Saturday lunch meetup I'll probably show up, that is if I'm invited.

I don't know Portland or area, so worse case LB we can just sit and talk at a Denny's, or McD, or where ever. So, you going to be there huh....

Of course I'll be there. Denny's, McDs or whatever is fine with me. As long as it is some where we can visit and they don't try to rush us out. Since BSkye lives east perhaps some where out that way.

I knew the threat of spending time with me would find you better company
