950 Adv Silicone Hoses?

Hi there, just wondering if the collective knows anyone is making aftermarket coolant hose set for the 950? While I do the cooling system I am going to replace the hoses and wondering if there is a source for aftermarket set? I saw a vendor at the AIM Expo in Orlando and he didn't make himself or know of anyone. Otherwise a cheap source for stock replacements? Trying to cover all my bases while I have it torn down for waterpump, clutch and other misc. bits.

Thanks and Ride on Brother

Not trying to be an a$$, but a quick Google search will yield lots of choices.

I simply searched "ktm 950 silicone hoses"..........You will find Samco and Moose hoses, both of which are made by Samco. Not cheap, but the last hoses you will ever buy.

Thanks for the find. Anyone have experience with these? Im looking because in the heat and dry rot conditions here in Florida, I figured Silicone would be more resilient than stock rubber.

Yep. I've been using them for a bit over 2 years and they are a more durable upgrade over the OEM parts.
I don't know what it costs to replace the hoses using the oem parts but I'd doubt it would be much cheaper than the samco offerings
As for some implying that they will help the bike cooler - it hasn't helped mine in this dept.

I have samco hoses since a couple of years and so far everything is good (i chenged hoses because mine were leaking)
IIRC I paid the samco kit about 100 incl. shipping vs about 60 for the oem stuff

Thanks guys for the replys and good to know. Its just good insurance and while everything with the cooling system is torn down, Id rather finish up and be able to forget that area.

We're installing some silicone hoses on our 640 ADV. I'll post up some pics when complete
