France 4 said it was nothing serious but they couldn't interview him because he was on the phone talking with his doctor.

Good to hear. I'd hate to see the rally deprived on an alien on day 2

Alex Doringer (KTM Manager) mentioned in an interview with Darryl Curtis, that 100 KM has been taken out of Stage 3.

Somewhat surprising that the ASO would do this after all the talk about this edition of the Dakar being longer and harder.

Plus, it comes just two days after the a stage which ended up being the first ever with no moto withdrawls (per Bluebull) and only three ended up being very late to the Bivy from what I noticed (Millet and the Escale Bros.).

PAU just showed up on Fox Sports. Had to leave his broken bike and hitch a ride in. He's done.

maybe 205 from Dakar.com
14:27 Bikes: Millet in trouble
Used to mishaps, French biker Frédéric Millet has broken down, shortly after the 86 km point of the bike special. He does not think he will be able to repair and is very pessimistic about continuing the rally.

No idea what the text means - but clearly more drama for Gordon.
