If there is a desire from you guys we can offer a pre production sale discount, would that be of interest??

Note that just like a HID conversion these are NOT DOT approved and are for off road use only

There will be a delay in the H7 bases. Those will need to be retooled so it may be a month or so. Most likely more on the so..

The bases available to start will be H4 H6

Probably get in on an early buy for a couple of H4 for my Tiger. Would like to see some pics showing some stock, then low and high on yours if you could.

Ill see what I can do, high is posted at the beginning of this thread, I had hoped testers that received the units could post photos, but haven't heard much..Im sure the conditions related to the weather lately are the issue for them.
I think we are setting up a ktm 990 next week, hopefully I can get some shots on that bike.

We do need to get a list of what bikes will accept these bulbs with little or no mods.
The fan shroud has gotten in the way on some bikes that have an enclosed headlight system, like the BMW. We will work on a solution to that asap.

Anyone have a photo of the KLR's and Tigers headlight from the back?

I will take two H4s on pre pro order. Please post when ready for the H7 pre pro order as I will take two of those. Unfortunately with a one car garage in Alaska, I have compromised allowing the wife to have it until late March. Then I will start prepping the KLR for all the goodies stacking up and take pics then. Wife is happy, I am happy. The 4s are for my 800XC and 7s for the KLR. Will be ordering one or two more 7s for the wife's NT700V or Deauville outside the US.

Thanks
is that screw what holds the retainer in place? what's the diameter of the hole, and approx. distance from where the base plate lands and the front side of the rubber plug?

From the base plate to the back of the fan box the distance is approx. 1.5 inches, the fan box is 2 inches in Dia.
you need to be able to reach the retaining clips after the bulb in in there.

There is about 5/8" from the base plate and the front of the fan box, On one install I did I had to slightly bend the retaining clips to allow them to fit, No big deal, That was a Hella 7" reflector.

Yep, screw. See if these are what you want.

The hole and distance to the back of the plug from the face.

From the flat plate inside.

ID of the plug.

Depth of plug.

Oh wow.. there is a ton of room there. Thanks
Goes to show how you cant tell much by a photo with out ref points, I thought that might be a 2 inch opening.
I would say no issues with the explorer.

Monday Ill work on getting the presale going on the site.

I installed one in my personal ADV, however it had already modded retainers, We are doing another next week just to make sure.
