Does anyone have the dimensions of the "S" rear brake line and a diagram for routing the line?
Who are you ordering from, your dealer?

I called a parts supplier and they didn't have it in stock, but asked if they could check the KTM warehouse and see if they have them in stock and they said yes.

What do you need to know about routing?... it is in my pic in this thread.
Goes from the master to the caliper....

I have a brand new one sitting in the bag still. Now thet I have the 525 exc Done the 990 abs delete is next.

As far as routing goes its pretty stright forward..... Right from the caliper to the Master use the same isolators already on the swing arm...

Ill take a measurement when I get home if you need.

Ordered through Munn Racing

Sometimes the brake line will leave the master make a loop and then head back to the caliper. Didn't know how KTM ran it back on these big bikes.

I've just compromised and used the stock rear line that ran to the ABS pump until my new line comes in.
It looks pretty sketchy but it'll do for a couple weeks if I can keep it off the header and out of the rear tire.

I don't think there is any loop with the one i put on, so it should be straight shot.

Im convinced ABS makes my rear tire last longer. Also keeps me from flat spotting it while doing hockey stops at every light when riding with friends.

Yeah,... ABS has its place. It's just that the ABS on the 2007 990 is terrible!
