Local shop need Mechanic (Saginaw Tx Area)

A buddy of mine is looking for a motorcycle mechanic figured I would post here if it helps someone out. Mods if I posted wrong send it away..
His ad.....

Fort Worth independent motorcycle shop is seeking a qualified, self-motivated Technician who communicates well, and values customer satisfaction to join our service department. This Certified Technician should have 2 years min. experience and be able to maximize customer satisfaction and optimize efficiency. Knowledge of Japanese, European, ATV, and dirt bikes is required. Must be independent and self-driven! Must have clean work habits, honest, dependable, respectable and drug free. Employee must have their own tools to complete the job. Attention to detail is a must.
Wages will be paid on flag hours for work completed. Average work week consists of 5-6 days (Saturdays a must, but Mondays optional). Technician is paid for hours of work completed, the more you do the more you make.
Other responsibilities often include assisting customers and ordering parts needed.

Bumping it

Wasser, it's a small shop in a small town bud look up the city.
As of now two man operation and growing. Only time mechanic is involved outside of his area is when owner picking up or delivering a bike.

Good luck with that. When you find this guy that meets all of your requirements, he will already have his own shop.

No really, good luck finding someone qualified. I had a small shop for over 30 years and about 1/2 the time I was able to find someone to work for me. Even then, most of the time I had to train them myself. Only once I had someone really good that wanted to work and new what they were doing and to keep him I paid him really well. I think he made more than I did.
