Treemans 2014

Treeman called me last week to confirm his ride on March 7-8-9.
Have been lurking enough to see it mentioned but thought I would start a thread for him, he's been very busy. The woods were harvested last year and he thought the trails will be shortened to only 2 or 3 mi. Sad but a reality.
I'm working on my black box skills and here is some pics from 2010 finally.
with that i'm giving up for today

The PAR guys are all aware of the ride and will be there as usual.

Bunch of us have birthdays around that time. I will be 16 on March 3...

March 7-9, I'm planning on being there--you gonna make it, Mad Jack?

And here's a preemptive shout-out and thank-you to Treeman himself, the Master of Ceremonies

Too bad it's the same weekend as Trans-Fl. II. Oh well, everybody can't do everything.

Unfortunatly I wont be in attendence this year Inept. Vacation will be starting the 8th and if I drove straight though I'd show up Sunday morning to spent to ride. Big thank you again for your help and generousity last year.

Also thanks to Treeman Kate and Matt for hosting this great event. If you didn't know it they hand raked most of the single trackhttp://d26ya5yqg8yyvs.cloudfront.net/eek7.gif I've layed out alot of trails befor but hand raking holy crap.

My thanks go on and on ;Vic and FBM for the snacks and everything
Pete for the morning tea ect.
The other Mark for the steak dinner
Oh yea least I forget Gimme and son for a little edjumacation on why dual sports have horns. Which was pointed out as I road well over my comfort zone to try to keep up with them for a lap. Made it to the enduro x section befor Gimme let his son lead and started to follow me this only lasted a short distance befor KA-POW I took a good soil sample and the HORN BLASTED. I know this had two purposess 1 let leader know someone down & 2 point out my dumb@ss is down to everyone. Getting up from that one I remembered I was on vacation 1000 mi. from home and have nothing to prove. went right back to my comfort zone and usual goal of no soil samples or as Dad used to say rubbery side down.

Bottom line it was a great time and I dont know how it could have been any better.

Hi Dr.Z that picture is my desktop background and it only took me 4 years to figure out smugmug and post it.
