The days can be long, dawn to dusk of riding, with a short lunch break. The "break out of this crap to pavement for easier travel" can be tough to find, as the area is quite remote.
Yea this ride looks pretty easy, especially on a 250... I wouldn't want to take a loaded 600 lb bike on that stuff, but to each their own. Just FYI, snake bite kits are just a gimmick, they don't work. Best thing is to keep the bite as far below the heart as possible and get to a hospital/antivenom asap.

You can coordinate with her before the ride and load yer gear onto the trailer.

Last weekend we were out on the ATV's and I found an extension of the ridge path. I rode it west to east, when it dries up more, I will ride it east to west and see if it can be an option. Gets rid of some of the maintained county road in Sandwash OHV area, and stays on ATV 2 track. I will MAKE SURE it is not to sandy!!!
It is the pink, the blue is the path on the ridge we took last year. Distance is less, but time will be about the same. No high speed CR

Way to go, Norm! That ridge path was the bomb and I would have paid good money (hypothetical, as I don't really have money because I traded it all for bitcoin. They do take bitcoin in Maybel at the gas station, right?) to have it keep going on for a while longer. That'll be brilliant.

I think we should just pony up $50 apiece and be fed for every meal by the lovely Cindy and Julie!
