Last night Ketchup Wife got a present - got a Ural Troyka from Happy Trails
We picked up the Troyka and started for home - about a 20mi drive.
About half way home we had a small hill to go up and the engine tune sounded a little less crisp for some reason - kind of like when the engine is cold and doesn't want to start on the mower - but was still running fine. About a mile more and we had to stop at an intersection, the bike stalled when the clutch was pulled in. As I was trying to start it again I could see fuel dripping from the right side carb - almost a constant stream but not quite.
I also found that if I pulled the choke out the fuel would stop leaking out, and after a while the engine fired again but wouldn't idle, it would stall if I didn't hold the throttle open a little.
We managed to make it home but if we went up a hill or around a corner the engine would stall again and wouldn't fire until it sat for a few minutes.
Now my wife really wants to ride when we get home from work today so I am wondering if anyone can help me with figuring out if the fix is something over my head.
