Anza is east of Temecula.

Exit on Hwy 79 in Temecula.

Go East 13 miles to the Hwy 371.

Turn left go 14 miles.

Dairy Queen is on the right.

New to the San Diego area and looking for great days rides. Any better map or route start points for when I want to go ride this? My bike should be here in a couple weeks

We usually start from the VFW hall

VFW Hall
59011 Bailey Rd Anza CA 92539

or

Bonanza Rd off of Mitchell Rd.

Both are a bit hard to find, that is why meeting at the Dairy Queen is easier to find.

Dairy Queen
56265 California 371
Anza, CA

Great ride today except I crashed twice in the first ten minutes.

The trail from Bonanza to Juan Diego Rd had not been ridden since the rain and I got caught by two ruts that caused me to go down.

Once we got to JD Rd we headed to Hog Lake truck trail then East on Thomas mountain.

Got to the look out by the peak and we could see San Clemente Island and Catalina, what a view.

Did not see any other riders out today.

Another Great Anza ride.
