I am thinking about your ride on my XR650L, but undecided. The hill climbing looks awesome, but high speed gravel roads not so much. Does anyone just take there time and go like 45mph on the gravel?

I was the first one to go out to help in that one.

I will be running my XRL on this one you can follow me. I ride fairly slow

Some people try to turn back their odometers.
Not me! I want people to know "why" I look this way.
I've traveled a long way and some of the roads weren't paved.

In regards to the wet dirty creek crossing.....

After seeing bwringer was safe it was paramount the first thing I did was get my go pro recording and to take photos on my cell phone. Then after fing a sturdy recording platform for my go pro I asked a lady in a nearby trailer if she had any tow straps. She was very manly and I was scared but she had some straps and we used them to get bwringer out.

wileywilly-g I will be riding real slow in the gravel, in fact you ride faster that I do in gravel. I remember the day we road a gravel road home from Bloomington and you rode faster than I liked.

T-Shirts

Alright, it looks like we're getting shirts printed! The XXL and XXXL are going to be more expensive. I'll get back on the price of those when I talk to the print shop.

Trophy...

Hey Indy, any trophies for distance traveled to make this run? If my calendar straightens out, fair warning, I'll be 'in'. Looks very do-able on street tires

That sounds like a great idea! Yes, there will be a trophy for longest distance traveled.

A skilled rider could probably pull this off with street tires but I wouldn't recommend it...at all.

I like this trophy idea. Should we do trophies for anything else?
