Headlight Guard / Grill 1150 GS

Headlight Grill for 1150 GS. Comes with a clear plexi-glass lens with hardware. Made specifically for my 2002, Will NOT fit a 2005 or above. This is NOT a OEM product, but one that I fabricated myself.
How about $110 shipped to the 48? http://adventurecycle.org/adventurec..._for_sale.html

Have a picture WITH...

the clear plexiglass installed?

Sorry, but I couldn't see one if there was.

Looks like it's well made.

Thansk for the additional pics...REally nice work.
Maybe you SHOULD starting making these!
Are these PAINTED or POWDER COATED?
Also...is the Lens POLYCARBONATE...like Lexan?

Paypal is fine, climbto450@earthlink.net

The windscreen is a z-technik. I am 6'6" and its the biggest I could find using the same brackets.

I just did an HID conversion. Does anyone know if the bars will show up as shadows in my headlight pattern? I seem to remember something about that in one of the threads.

I have a lot tighter bars going in both up/down and across and I have HID, can't see the shadows.

I only see a little reflection when I use the high beam due to the plexiglass cover.

Install Question

Any permanent modifications that are required to the bike front to accomodate this grill? Looks like you might have to drill a couple of holes int he front/headlight fairing?
If not and installs with only 2-4 screws then I willt take if you still have one available
