Mike Ebers and Warm and Safe: Thumbs Up

I've bought Heat Trollers X2 as well as heated jacket, pants and sock liners from Warm and Safe.

The hard-wired troller, for my grip heaters, refused to stop at the "OFF" position on the knob. (My clothing runs with a wireless Heat Troller: splendid stuff that wireless!)

I wrote Mike Ebers about it. He explained that it had probably been bumped--HARD. That was the usual culprit. Can't remember doing that, but maybe so.

He said he would be happy to fix it for me.

I pulled the switch assembly off the bike and sent it in after getting an RMA number.
It took a couple of weeks (fine with me: it's HOT here now) and back it came, all fixed, no hassle, I paid shipping there, he paid return to me.

The Warm and Safe gear works great. Customer service has always been great, too.

I recommend Warm and Safe and Mike to you all.

And he's not my brother in law, He didn't ask me to write this, the usual disclaimers apply.
Be yourself. Everyone else is already taken.

I will second this, heartily - been using WnS heatrollers, liners, gloves, batteries and other gear for 6+ years. Great quality, performance and personal service. ☺
