I got the side covers and top box for it on saturday.... put them with the bike today. I'm still underwhelmed At least it was still where I left it.
I guess I will have to go for a looooong ride Eddie, after greasing the spline and changing oil in the diff () & gearbox. Maybe Westport for lunch when it stops raining

Update..... I found some time this avo to put the new tyre on the bike, well technically the bike shop fitted the tyre, and I put the wheel back on
Re installed the headlight using some brackets from trademe that arrived earlier in the week, chucked some indicators on that I bought a couple of weeks back and stuck a new motobatt battery in it then went for a short pootle. Seems to go o.k. on gravel roads
Harvest season is almost done so I should be home at a reasonable hour now and I regain my weekends so there may be some more progress
Next up is ditch the HUUUUGE !! dash/gauges and tidy up the cockpit area. Still undecided on the back end, I don't think a full on single seat cafe racer is really me and there's no point in adventurising it as I already have an adventure bike

Pics later when I fire up the laptop ...
