I thought a hint might be needed but I plugged it in to a search engine and it appears they play on FB.

I truthfully never even thought of using google to find it. Guess I just figured it was to small a place to show up. But after doing so, I see I know exactly where it is....some EXCELLENT riding out that way.

Yeah, there's some good riding out that way. I have no problem at all with tags being out there. Too bad I'm out of town...

So, according to Google Maps, you moved the tag a whopping 0.8 miles... I'm not sure that even counts as a new tag. If you turned around and took a pic, we would probably be able to see the old tag.

All heckling aside, really kewl historical tag!!!

I had planned on making my tag Farias Cypress Creek Marina, a bit north of my chosen tag but there was no fancy sign or tag worthy landmark .

So the further south I went and came across your Iron Furnace tag and took a picture of that, still not statisfied I saw Cedar Creek Boat ramp and camping and took a shot at that too.

I now had a choice of tags to serve until the Hawgs & Hillbilly's caught my eye, that had to be the one to post

Most of the Iron Furnaces I've seen had been around Erin and the LBL area but they are scattered all over TN. Good pick.

I had intended to go long and put the new tag way out - but when I tried to restart the bike after the beer joint, the battery barely had enough juice to turn it over. For a split second I had visions of going inside and asking for a jump. I wondered how that might go over with the clientele...

It did start on its own, however, so I made bee line east. I stopped at Barbers in Hohenwald and they fixed me up w a new battery. They had this lovely Nomad that is great match for my helmet, don't ya think?
