Android diag tool for KTM LC4-LC8

Hi all,

This post just to tell you that i've just released a free app on Google PlayStore called ECU Sensors.

This app is totally free and allow you to monitor in real time the values of each sensor on your LC4 or LC8 (only the tuneecu compatible models).
You can also activate a log function wich record each value in a text file.

In order to use it, you need to buy an ELM327 based OBDII Bluetooth dongle and plug it on the diag connector of the bike.

You can find the app at the following adress :

https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...m.ktmbtsensors

Even KTM has tested it and found it very cool, hope you'll enjoy it

I was able to install the app into my Motorola Droid Ultra, without a hitch. Looking at amazon.com for a ELM327 based OBDII, they have from $100 to $6!! Do you have a brand/model to recomend?

The $6 ones are chinese copy of original products but it seems it works fine. look for an elm327 v1.5 minimum and it should be ok

Just downloaded it, will use it soon...one note though, on your first "introductive" popup page (where you state that "this software is an unofficial KTM sensor diagnostic tool....etc) you need to correct the "cannot be sell" to "cannot be SOLD" and "responsability" to "responsibility"...
P.s. And "ou" with "or"...good work, cheers....

Thank you! This beats the hell out of trying to balance my laptop on the tank while doing throttle position tests on the freeway! I'm ordering the Bluetooth adaptor today.

Again, thanks!

I had the same problem while trying to mod my injection params. Now you now why i made this app.

But there is a better way to monitor everything. it's in french but check my hud prototype...

Small LCD screen inside the helmet , you just look downward and you see a 3 meters screen 10 meters away.

On the prototype, it was a tiny embeded android computer, now i'm working on sending the phone screen into the helmet
