Cheaha State Park would be a good choice.

I also have a few cowboy camping waypoints along Skyline Drive, if you're interested...

Florida Gypsy Tour

There is a Florida Gypsy tour meeting in Jacksonville at the Corner of Chaffee road and US 90 at the Kangaroo station at 0600 on Tuesday. We are heading west through north Florida south Georgia until we pick up the tracks Visian posted awhile back. I know we are planning on picking up a rider in Chattahoochee hopefully somewhere around noon. As of now, we are looking at camping at Karick SP in Florida, but we are staying very flexible in case we get there too soon or it takes too long. Day two we are tentatively planning on making it to Roland Cooper SP in Alabama. Day three is onto the rally. If anyone is planning on joining us please let myself or Kaosrider know and we will work something out.

Here's a peek at the two on-site off-road riding areas we'll have...

We stayed at Cheaha State Park. The road in was beautiful. The food at the restaurant was not great, but the view was wonderful! We watched a big storm roll in. The rooms were not great, but it was way better than camping in that big storm!

It was so nice to meet you and Eric, Jessie. You guys rode the whole Gypsy Tour... that was a serious undertaking.

I am on the road at the moment and can't post pics, but the event was fun and a lot of people had a great time.

Especially Rich Brew and Mike "Guns"...

If there is an event like this in the future, I'm going to need a volunteer with a bucket of mud and a big spoon... to go fling it on all those super-clean all blinged out "adventure" bikea.

I'll bring the mud. I'll probably still have some left.
