KT has started her long trip home, I hope to have her back at the beginning of November.

The 20 I paid for her to be cleaned sure looks worth it!

She is finally home

She left home on 26 February and arrived home today, 5 days short of 9 months away for 3 months of riding. (She went by sea to England and she was in storage for 5 weeks after I left. In that time she has been around the world going to England via the Panama canal and home via the Suez.

Here she is being unloaded.

Can you overdo the stickers on the panniers?

And for those of you who were surprised that I didn't need to replace tyres, this is the state of them after 18,000 km in Europe and maybe 4,000 kms in NZ, a lot of that with Leanne on the back.

I connected the battery back up and she started easily!

Hi Andreas, that year has gone quickly, when are you coming back to NZ?

Things are good here, a nice warm summer and with the beach so close lots of swimming. No job yet but have two interviews over the next week so fingers are crossed. We did a trip away on the bike at Xmas for a week, that was good (did you see my trip report?)

England and Scotland sounds very nice, I would like to get back there.

Leanne is also very good, while I am typing this she is push biking home from work.

Kind regards

Mike
