Enduro-ince, Cross-country (and vxzeroknots??) spent Saturday shoveling on top of Calico to open the trail. Apparently asshats were riding around a lot of the blockages, which causes the damage and gives ammo to the people trying to shut these areas. Huge kudos to those guys (and Matt Adams, Scott Kennett, and everyone else from PAPA on shovel duty!).
Post up those pics Tom! Its impressive!

There's not enough Advil in the entire world. Had to do a night at Orvis just so I could walk again. Over 70 man/woman hours in two days. That was two or three trees and two or three dump trucks of snow. TG and Drew have the best pics of day two.

Tons of fun shoveling snow at 11k feet! I had to go ride in the NM desert the next day just to thaw out my feet. Pounding whoops didi not agree with my shoulders and back though

Great pics Drew! Thanks again you guys for the work up there! I am hoping to ride Wilson Mesa ST tomorrow after work, and will bring a saw. It's the first day it is officially open for the season, and will probably need some work..

Growing up in Arizona "In the olden days", it was common to use snow shovels for skid plates on the Triumph desert sleds.

I never thought they could be used to shovel snow also!

Good work guys.
