Need an easier way to attach and carry your Overland gear? (EO)2 is an Easy On, Easy Off fastener and mounting system with quick attachment and release. There are no time consuming straps or U-bolts, no moving parts, no mechanical toggle clamps, and no latches. You simply “snap” together two rigid mounting components for a quick, efficient, solid hold. (EO)2 can be used to attach and mount gear for vehicle cargo management, roof racks, cargo racks, Overland gear storage, technical packs and backpacks, and any other adventure application when you need secure attachment and fastening of waterproof / crushproof cases and Overland gear. The (EO)2 system is a modular, reconfigurable, easy way to customize gear and cargo to your specific Overland needs. Regardless of whether you’re planning a short or long trip, your vehicle can be configured to meet your case size and cargo needs. When you get to base camp, your cases and gear are easily snapped off and deployed, and easily snapped back on when it’s time to break camp. Back at home, snap your gear onto the garage wall or ceiling using (EO)2 mounting rails. It’s a quick, clean storage solution.

Looks like a great product- excited to see some more examples of moto applications. (Was actually just researching options on mounting a top case to my GSA for the COBDR this summer.

...But you'll prob want to move it to vendors section before it gets nuked by the mods.

No new prices yet but I just got a call and was told that the advertised prices are going down so the GB price will be even cheaper. So far these guys have been great to work with, and have created a fantastic product.

A little more information about the products.

First, I have zero affiliation with EO2. I met the business founder a couple years ago as I was searching for a quick release rack system for a dry box. I did a lot of searching and ultimately settled upon using this system. I tripped over this recently and thought I'd share my experience using this product.

Summary: EO2 works well -- really well. I purchased a top and bottom rail (with lock) and had a friend at a machine shop round the edges for me. I then drilled holes and mounted the bottom plate on my 950SE tail rack and the top plate to my dry box.

I used this system to carry my BiPAP SV breathing machine and a high end lithium battery (fancy CPAP because my brain is apparently stupid when I sleep... ). I have camped with this setup for about 20 days without a hint of trouble. With the EO2 I would simply unlock and pop the top box off the bike and take it to my tent each night. The mount is sturdy enough that I had to work at it to get the snap-top to separate. I don't think the lock is necessary, but it makes me feel better.

Here are some pics - the first one is from Idaho at Lemhi Pass - nevermind all the junk I have lashed to the top box. I've tested this setup over a few thousand miles, tip overs, dust, rain, mud, etc and I've never once seen the system move, even during one particular slide on snotty-slick clay in Utah that I for sure thought would garage sale my stuff...nope, the box was unfazed.

I recommend this sytem to anyone looking for a secure, quick release system for your bike or vehicle.

Side shot - again, disregard the Beverly Hillbilly pack-job.
