For long hauls lying may be an option I'd say.

How many senseless threads can you start in a week?

You look like someone who has just discovered the Internet.

At least it was used on the Rallye Cote d'Ivoire Cote d'Azur in 1977. See at 05:21.

I remember seeing pictures of motorcyclists laying on their bikes during the Dakar races as well.

I want to see a pic of the OP laying on his scoot.Parking lot will do. Just like the true ADVer I saw last week laying back on his luggage, feet up on the handlebars and having coffee.

Small bikes for the OP ???....must be. If so maybe Bangkok in the middle of the night for some practice at laying down to achieve max speed on modded small displacement motorcycles.

Motif starts stupid threads, but at least he knows the difference between lying and laying.

Laying on your bike? You must be a chicken.

What if he got help to do it?

As in "laying the rider on the bike"

Or even better : "Laying the pillion on the bike"

That last one doesn't sound like much, but the pillion's side of the story will be that she got laid on the bike!
