Finally met Mr. Mutt last week... ran into him and Mutt Jr. on the trail.

Funny how often that happens over the years.

That would be cool! Weather will shut down riding on the Mojave soon enough, then I'll have to hit SNF with y'all.

That was a surprise for sure. Fun day up there, my son has some well hidden gems to torture me on. We were done pretty early, home at 2 pm. Harry had alot of school work to get back to down at his place.

Jeff is in Lucerne, 20 miles away probably. Tried to make the Green Hill a few times, but i'm gettin old(63), and kind of beat to shit, with one really jacked up knee, leg. Dont want to hold up the group. I can ride the gnar, and most people would consider my riding speed pretty damn good for a "veteran"but if I have to get off the bike for a bunch of pushing, pulling, dragging bikes over shit my leg pain level can ruin my day.

I am adept at self medicating back at camp though!

I think we been poaching a bit in the same areas but never fear... everyone gets the lecture... cams and gps's left in the trucks... etc etc

This just might be the last good weather weekend of this season... 90s all next week. Too bad I gotta miss it... heading to AZ to see Momma
