Great cause ride

Wissam, All the luck in the world on your ride. Discounted parts??? They should be giving you a bike and a boat load of parts to just "test" on your epic ride.

Best of luck my fellow KTM rider.

Cheers

Have you contacted KTM themselves for sponsorship?
It could prove to be good advertising for their latest ADV bike...Or even just 'doing the right thing'.
Good Luck mate, keep us posted.

Hi There I'm new to this site but have just done a very memorable Australia ride and can say the thing that would of saved a lot of grief should have been the fuel sock I have now purchased. It's off the Ktm rack it has 3 lugs to stop it falling in the tank.
It probably adds 1 minute to refills but will stop massive fuel pump issues for your entire trip.
I also have fitted the fuel pump off eBay from Greace it's the best $70 spent.

Hi mate,
Do you have any photo of the sock? (or a better reference of the item)
Thanks

When about will you be in SA, there's a couple of us on here from all over SA, and for such a great cause I for one would love to meetup/support/help with publicity/(ride a bit along?). How will you be handling contributions from the regions?

Aussie leg.

Will have to try & organize something / support when you do your Australian section, a trip like this is a life long dream of mine. Apart from some obvious downsides traveling alone does seem to enhance the whole experience.
Good luck & be safe.

It looks like your route through western Canada takes you along the Trans Canada highway. I'm in Ravelstoke B.C. If you come thru here I will have a room ready for you, if you wish. Also, I can help with maintenance, support or whatever. Good luck.

Same if in Arizona

Flagstaff is completely open to you (room, meals, and beers). And Northland Sports in town has a great KTM mechanic. Best of luck!!!!!!!
