MTC/ABS Failure?

Hi

I read that a lot of people have had this happen and now it's my turn, mine just failed while riding, then then cleared when I switched off and started the bike again, at the dealer.

KTM tell me there is no problem and that piss's me off.
One benefit thou, I could slide the rear in and pop some awesome wheelies but don't think my wife will like that while we touring.

Anyone found a reason for this issue and my bike is up to-date on ALL the recalls and software updates?
