Chester, Lake Almanor and Northern Plumas county

Looking to to get out and ride these area with other like minded riders. i have some rides in mind and would like to have some other riders to ride with. there are some great road rides and logging and forest service rd to explore in the area anyone interrested let me know.

I am interested, I have ridden in that area before. Nice to have other riders along to enjoy the country. Set something up and let us know. Just give a little notice so plans can be make to join the ride.

looks like it going to be a couple of weeks before the weather turns favorable up here my need to look at breaking out my snowmobile instead. i waited all winter to ride the snowmo and now that I ve given up on that and start riding my bike the weather turns to crap. oh well sit by the fire and have another beer.

Nice short ride around Almanor yesterday looking at doing another ride thursday possibly down trhough taylorsville up through antelope lake and back through susanville if theres not to much snow over the top. is so just make a detour and figure out a new rout. If anyone is interrested

The ride will be a road ride this time with a lunch stop at Lassen Ale works in Susanville.

I am assuming your leaving from Chester. Is the route mostly HWY 36 or do you have something planed to add miles.

Leaving chester, 36 to 89 to arlington rd through taylorsville out through genesee valley up to upto antelope lake over janesville grade down to 395 west on 395/36 to susanville to the Lassen Ale works for a short break then 36 west back to chester.

Thanks for the explanation of the route. Sounds like a fun ride. Don't think I can make this one, to much going on this week. Lassen Ale Works Humm never been there!!!
