Great work A.J.

Just love those sort of tracks especially that hill climb, I'm sure the camera didn't do it justice.

I've got another two weeks before I can get the all clear from the physio to go bush again then ............... lookout

hey man...how issit goin dude...nice to see you posting again...

It's still raining 2days once, and suddenly it became so hot and humid right after the rain...and if it's not raining,it's so freaking hot that riding is not a pleasure man...that's why we can't go riding with those nice riding gears and jackets...we'll wet the whole underpants man...
Global warming...our planet needs to be overhauled...or us humans....

What tire you use for front with that rear?
I can't seem to find a matching pair of tires suitable for the occasional light offroad.
Thanks.

I am using michelin Sirac but tube type with tube inserted and have to reverse the tyre as it's meant for rear on dual sports bike...It's still have'nt show any sign of dying...it's already 1 year...
For rear,I've used Metz Tourance till it's done, and just before the scorpion,Michelin Anakee...both rear are great tyres but I thought i'd try the Pirelli Scorpion as it looks deep on the grooves...i have'nt had much of a trouble clearing most of the difficult terrains that i normally go through with my XR...the TDM is hard to beat i guess...
I don't think i will need any more meatier type like how masterbrewer is using as I travel more on roads than off-road...off-roading is only for fun...but definately with tyres like his, anywhere, anytime i guess...

Thanks for the info. Can you share sizes as well, I'm trying to get the info without the trial-and-error model, learning from the experience of others. :)
I see the anakee are 150/70 R 17 (and smaller).
Is there anywhere info what sizes fit on TDM 900 (except the official ones)?
Are there any dual purpose front tires for the TDM at all, or all are using reversed rear tires?
Thanks! :)

scorpion, anakee, and tourance are 150/70 for rear 17inch...this are best dual sports tyres IMO for the rear.

if you're looking for tubeless front, without reversing, this is the one i've tried.

But it has tire ratings speed not more than 160km/hr...
But this tyres are cheap and does great cornering on tarmac too...
I've tested speed up to 196km/hr with pillions but no luggage till it starts to wobble....
