I'm a good possibility K, I haven't seen you since Johnson Valley a few years ago.

My CR500AF is up and running now (complete water pump rebuild), but it has a small gas tank, so I'll most likely ride my WR250. And I know the trails fairly well up there.

Will firm up by Friday.

I may tag along with mb300. What are these trails like? Steep and technical, nice mellow groomers, fire roads? I've ridden mostly in Big Bear, Ocotilla, and Johnson Valley. Thanks.

Technical single track with exposure, some can be steep and challenging. I plan on an easy fathers day pace.

Has it been that long Earl?
Those that haven't been to Chuchupate directions are easy. Chuchupate is a beautiful little camp on Frazier mountain in the pines, lots of shade, picnic tables, pit toilet, local store and restaurants close by. Exit I5 at Frazier Park, go west through the town to Lockwood Valley road left only. Store and pizza place on the corner, store makes good sandwiches and an incredible selection of beers! About a mile on Lockwood Valley road is a ranger station on the left. Turn in and go through the ranger station and a little ways up the hill is the camp. Tan dodge ram and a green KDX 200 woods weapon.

Unfortunately, yes Rich(?).

I was at KM 2010, then Johnson Valley March, 2011 with Adv. Amazing how time flashes by when you're working your butt off! Things are finally back to normal, so I'm riding a lot more these days!

I have a black 4X4 Xterra now, and it's looking good for Sunday at this point. I've ridden Gorman a few times already, but haven't hit the NF single tracks in a while.
