orange park has the worst traffic you will ever experience. rush hour driving being the worse of course, but normal non rush is verry very bad. i would advise to commute in to OP from anywhere but definitely don't live there, or middleburg or clay county. Just my opinion from my experience. i moved from that area 20 years ago because of it.

OP worst traffic ever? You've never driven in LA!

Yes, the Blanding side does royally suck, but the 17 side is not anywhere near as bad.

I live in Fleming Island and work on Kingsley. Not too far from where you will be. Commute is nothing, no problem at all. Fleming Island is a great place to live. Stay away from the western side of Orange Park because the traffic does absolutely suck there.

I grew up here, know the area pretty well. Give me a PM for a call if you want a ton of info.

Matt

After 285, 75 and 85, your idea of heavy traffic may vary from that of those in Jax.
Former Atlanta commuter.

iv'e ridden those atlanta roads. on a bike, they're fun! and fast! but blanding is slow and heavily congested, and no other alternative.

I have limited experience with Flemming Island, but Argyle is not a bad place to call home. Nice area, there's a shopping center with everything you'd ever need, from groceries, to hardware to haircuts and restaurants.

By the way, we should all plan a trip to BMW to welcome our new friend.

We'll come see you, but we won't go easy on you. There might even be a few complaints to the management.
