SUNL Conversion
https://lh6.googleusercontent.com/_D...2/DSC00492.JPG
I hope you guys and gals can see this converted SUNL 150cc scooter. My friend took my old scooter's plastics off, found a Honda 350 older one, used the lights, tank, blinkers, and then added a tractor seat, plus a riding lawn mower battery. Now he is cruising it. I'll try to post a before pic if this post worked ok. |

Nice. I know that seat. Under the right condition those holes will pinch your skin. Looks like some welding was done on the frame. George |

Thanks George
Thanks for posting the pic. I'll figure it out again someday. I did it once before, but, I forgot how.
At first the only welding he did was the tab on the front of the tank for a mount. A couple of hours since I posted the above post. Now he has cut off the pipe and welded a chrome pipe on where the muffler was. I will take more photo later.

I checked out your blog, but must have missed the part where you got the dent on the leftside of the silver scoot. What's the story?

A local classic Vespa/Lambretta club here in Phoenix invited us local "regular" scooterist for a morning coffee meet and wonderful ride today. Lots of neat and well loved classics. I haven't smelled that 2S premix in a LONG time!

I was driving too fast... tried to stop for a photo... had pretty bad back breaks and had to use front as well... front wheel locked on the gravel and I went down. I broke my ankle and had to finish majority of the trip limping. I didn't say anything on my blog because our parents were reading and I didn't want to worry them :) Thank you very much! Sergei

Doesn't everyone have crashbars on a Vespa?
My neighbor's beautiful, beautiful girls. The middle one is my scooter buddy and has ridden with me a bunch of times. Nothing but trouble.
