Hey fellas.... I do not want to derail or turn attention from this awesome event, but just wanted to let everyone know that there is another event in the Big Bend area the weekend before. If you were so inclined, you could meet us in Terlingua (Big Bend) and 'Roll On' to the central part of Texas for another awesome weekend.

Make a full 14 days of riding in Texas!!!!!

http://www.gracemotoadv.com/2014-camp-meeting---tx.html

Come join us!!!!

Just in case you get a little crazy, I'll eat rattlesnake long before eel. Eel comes in right above human on the list, and rattlesnake falls between chicken and cat.

Tequila con Vibora? I heard that takes 6 months to do right though.

Eel isn't bad. The texture is a little different - sorta flaky. I've never had rattle snake so I can't compare there.

Octopus, on the other hand, is terrible. It's like eating rubber but with less flavor.

It could be worse, I go the "opportunity" to eat freshly killed octopus and squid (like tentacles still moving cause the nerves were still firing - fresh) in South Korea once or twice...

korean host: "you have to chew very much or it will kill your throat"
translation: The suction cups will latch on to your esophagus and you could choke to death...

Tasted like a salty gummy worm covered in snot.

Eel, on the other hand, is quite tasty.
