Marquez crashes heavily right after the beginning of FP1, first stays on the ground clearly in pain, but then limps away and gets on board a scooter. hope he΄s okay.

Smith was also cruising on the track a moment before, did not see it but maybe he΄d also had a get-off...

Wait.....Dani is faster than NH unless it is Wednesday or unless they have a Michelin on the front and a car tire on the rear and both have more race wins than the other.

Thanks for the pic. The video feed didn't seem to get that.

Now I know why he looked a bit breathless after he had staggered to the side of the circuit.

Luck reminds us that she's playing too. Adding that picture to the onboard feed, which was shown, that fall was easily rough enough to have been nasty.

And Pedrosa has just gone down quite quick at T12. Seems to have lost the front under brakes going in. Walks away wringing his right hand.

And what has PBM found for Laverty this weekend? I know it's early in the piece, but he was in front of a lot of big $ riders/bikes before throwing it away....

^ That is a pretty tight shot group - the top 17 within a second of each other.

Are they running ART or their own frames?

Not sure about Laverty, but last I heard Broc was on a pretty much home brewed job. There're generally lapping very close to each other so it looks like something a bit different is going on this time out. Good on em!

It would appear that Marquez continues to be able to crash hard, get up, and go fast again...
